Her life has been an incredible journey, over a decade she's been living, travelling, teaching and practicing yoga across Asia, visited over 20 countries, backpacked through India, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines, explored the ancient temples of Laos and Cambodia, and ventured into the spiritual heart of Tibet, where she meditated alongside wise monks.

With a passion for empowering women, she is the visionary behind Una Yoga and its founder, a thriving platform that transcends borders, connecting women from 11 different countries to embrace a better life.
